Retail Global is designed for anyone who sells a product or service online. When and where is the Retail Global 2018?

Retail Global will be held at Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino from Tuesday 9th October – Thursday 11th October 2018.

What is the deadline to register for the event?

There is not an official deadline to register. However, we offer savings throughout the year so we advise that you book early to get the best rate.

What is the cocktail party?

Ticket holders to Retail Global are also invited to our free networking event on Wednesday 10th October from 7-10pm.

An evening of socializing, networking and entertainment will coincide with a live charity auction in support of Retail ROI.

Will I be issued with a paper ticket to the conference?

There are no physical tickets issued for Retail Global. Once you’ve paid for your place, your entry is guaranteed. You’ll receive a PayPal confirmation and prior to the event, Retail Global will then send you a confirmation email, containing your ticket. You simply need to appear at the event for registration scan your ticket.

What is included in my ticket?

Your conference ticket includes full catering for the 2 1/2 days, plus access to all sessions and the exhibition as well as the opening networking drinks on the Tuesday and Networking Party.

Workshop tickets include a catered lunch.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have only purchased a workshop ticket, you will not have access to the exhibition area or afternoon sessions. Badges will be checked by security.

Can I purchase separate tickets to the workshop or networking functions?

You are able to purchase separate tickets to the workshops. However, the networking events are only available as part of the conference ticket. You will need to contact our office on +61(0)3 9071 0301 to arrange your separate workshop ticket.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have only purchased a workshop ticket, you will only have access to the workshop. Access to the exhibition area or afternoon sessions on the Tuesday are not permitted. Badges will be checked by security.

Will wireless be available during the conference?

There is limited free wireless Internet Access for delegates in the common areas. Please note, as there may be a high volume of users on the service, if you want higher speed Internet, you may still wish to bring your own mobile modem.

Is there a dress code for the pool party?

The dress code is resort style.

Resort casual normally refers to polo style shirts, sundresses, linen pants, skirts, button up tops, nice shorts, and dresses.

Nothing fancy, but not just t-shirts and jeans either. Do not wear cutoffs and tank tops for sure!

I have special dietary needs. Can you accommodate these?
